Privacy Policy

1. Scope of Work
The Company agrees to perform the landscaping services described in the discussed estimate. Any deviations, additions, or reductions to the Scope of Work must be documented in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide the Company with access to the property during normal working hours.
Clearly mark any hidden underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or property boundaries prior to the start of work. The Company is not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly marked underground installations.
Keep pets and children away from the work area during service hours.

3. Compensation and Payment Terms

Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Company according to the pricing outlined in the official estimate..
Payment Due: Invoices are issued upon completion of work/on a monthly basis and are due day of service.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Weather permitting, the Company will perform services on the agreed-upon days. If a delay occurs due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Company will reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellations: The Client must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a regular maintenance visit.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Company is fully licensed and insured for commercial/residential landscaping. However, the Company shall not be held liable for:

Damages to poorly installed or unmarked irrigation lines, buried cables, or non-standard property features.
Natural wear and tear, acts of Mother Nature (e.g., storms, high winds, floods), or plant/turf death due to extreme weather conditions.
Damage to decorative or fragile hardscapes that were not previously disclosed.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing 48 days written notice to the other party. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Client fails to confirm the agreed upon work when contacted before the service date.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law principles
